How quick can you get here?
Most service appointments are performed same day or to your convenience.
What are you hours of operation?
We are open 8 am to 5 pm with a message center answering and dispatching emergencies after hours.
Are you licensed?
Great Lakes Plumbing is licensed by the State of Michigan.
Do you service homes or businesses?
Great Lakes Plumbing will service homes or businesses.
Do you clean plugged or slow drains?
Great Lakes Plumbing has top of the line "Spartan" cable type drain cleaning machines that will remove obstructions and roots. We also have a video camera and underground detection equipment to locate any problem drain pipe. We can also replace the drainage pipe from home to the street if there is damaged or aged piping.
Do you offer emergency service?
Great Lakes Plumbing has 24 hour emergency service a message center will take your information and page a service technician.
Do you take credit cards?
We currently accept: Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.
What if I do not have a credit card?
We will accept checks, cash, and money orders.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes, repairs are warranted for 90 days, and fixtures or faucets are warranted for 1 year.
